Coronavirus: Getting back to business and working safely

As part of the drive to reopen the economy and support businesses like yours across the country, the government announced a three-stage approach to getting people in England back to work. 

From 13 May, certain restrictions were lifted to allow those who cannot work from home to return to work if it is safe to do so. To help business owners, employees and the self-employed return to work safely as the country begins to recover from coronavirus, the government published eight in-depth guides outlining requirements, guidance and changes across different types of work:

Whilst re-opening your business in these circumstances is challenging, small and medium sized companies make up the backbone of the UK economy, and our successful recovery is dependent on getting businesses like yours back up and running.
