How to engage employees in research and development process.

Empower your members of staff to become part of the company’s research and development projects to make sure they have the best chance of success. A London Business School study found this requires systematic programmes and activities to reinforce the desired behaviours, plus constant monitoring and championing from the top. According to the study, you need to give employees the space for creative thought, help them move beyond the confines of their assigned job, stimulate action to get creative juices flowing and provide them with a sense of direction to foster collaboration.
