Make sure you act on employee feedback in different ways

How to engage employees in your business culture and performance.

Asking for feedback then ignoring it can further damage staff morale, according to opinion research firm Gallup, which has been researching employee engagement for 30 years. If managers fail to include staff in following up on feedback, the whole exercise of asking for it can be counter-productive.
